When you choose Fins Fangs Feathers Fur, you’re selecting a service that prioritises rapid and efficient order dispatch. With our base on the scenic Sunshine Coast in Queensland, we typically dispatch most orders within 24 hours right from our retail store. However, note that this excludes live fish, live plants, and frozen goods. Heavy items are subject to courier payment by customer

Partner Couriers: 

Our shipments are facilitated by an array of trusted courier services. This includes Australia Post, TNT Express, Startrack Priority, Aramex, and Toll. Opting for our Flat Rate means we’ll select the best-suited courier for your location. 

Delivery Details: 

By default, we ship items under “Authority To Leave” (ATL) terms. This grants couriers the permission to leave your parcel at your doorstep if you’re not available. In instances where a secure spot is unavailable, they’ll provide a pickup note, redirecting you to a nearby post office or parcel collection point. 

When We Ship: 

We operate shipping from Monday to Friday, barring public holidays. If you’re a local resident of the Sunshine Coast, you’re always welcome to collect your order directly from our store. Just remember to check our store timings. 

Shipping Costs: 

We currently offer clear Flat Rate charges for our products under 5kg of $12.95
